  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spice mixture
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 can (10 ounce) whole kernel corn
  • 1 can (14 ounce) crushed tomatoes (with basil, garlic & oregano)
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly spray a large skillet with oil add the onions and hamburger.

  • Step 2: Stirring often cook until the onions are translucent and the hamburger is browned.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle in the garlic, Italian spice, chili powder and chili flakes.

  • Step 4: Mix together the beef broth and corn starch, stir well until you have a smooth mixture

  • Step 5: Add to the pan.

  • Step 6: Add the corn & tomatoes, mix well.

  • Step 7: Season with salt & pepper.

  • Step 8: Simmer for 20 minutes - Serve.
