Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix eggs and pepper parsley and chives.

Step 2

In pan, heat butter until melted. Add eggs. Cook until almost set. Alternate ham slices with tomatoes on half of omelet.

Step 3

Flip over top and sprinkle with cheese. Cover for a minute while cheese melts.

Step 4

Slide onto plate.

Loved all the flavours but the only change I would make would be to slice the tomato as I had a hard time folding it over the 4 wedges (1/2 the tomato) I put in but still made a very filling a flavoursome lunch. Thank you dienia b made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule.

Many times small things make a difference - - in this recipe the chives and parsley in the omelet really add great flavour. I only used two eggs and parmesan cheese instead of cheddar. This omelet will be made many times over. Thanks dienia b for posting it. 9 Oct'16 Simple delish Omelet. Made before and enjoyed just as much this time.
