Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced chives
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices (2 ounces) ham (deli ham, sliced to fold over)
  • 1 tomato (cut in 8ths top to bottom)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix eggs and pepper parsley and chives.

  • Step 2: In pan, heat butter until melted. Add eggs. Cook until almost set. Alternate ham slices with tomatoes on half of omelet.

  • Step 3: Flip over top and sprinkle with cheese. Cover for a minute while cheese melts.

  • Step 4: Slide onto plate.
