I made this recipe for the " Alphabet Soup Tag " game. Since there are only two of us some changes were made to the recipe, and they are as follows. I cooked 5 ounces of noodles. Then over medium heat, then about 2 tablespoons each of butter and flour were used. About 1/3 cup of milk was added to the butter/flour mixture and mixed until everything was well blended. Then added Cream of Chicken Soup instead of the celery(just a personal choice). Then added 5 ounces of cubed Velveeta and stirred until cheese was melted and everything was combined.I used 8 ounces of finely chopped ham.The amount of mustard was reduced by half. It wasn't stated on what size the baking dish should be,so a 2 quart rectangle was used. Both my SO and I give this 4'*s. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling :) "
