Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 cups milk (1/2 quart)
  • 6 ounces dry egg noodles (wide)
  • 1 pound cooked ham

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook 6 ounces of wide egg noodles. Drain.

  • Step 2: Grind 1 lb of ham in food processor or chop finely.

  • Step 3: Combine in saucepan, the cheese, butter, flour, soup, mustard and milk; heat until cheese is melted stirring constantly.

  • Step 4: In a greased pan, pour the noodles. Top with ham.

  • Step 5: Pour over sauce, mix slightly

  • Step 6: Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
