Step 1: Cook 6 ounces of wide egg noodles. Drain.
Step 2: Grind 1 lb of ham in food processor or chop finely.
Step 3: Combine in saucepan, the cheese, butter, flour, soup, mustard and milk; heat until cheese is melted stirring constantly.
Step 4: In a greased pan, pour the noodles. Top with ham.
Step 5: Pour over sauce, mix slightly
Step 6: Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
