Preheat oven to 350

In 9x13 cake pan put milk and water

Flour and pepper bottom of ham

Put in milk
Step 5
On top of ham rub in mustard

Sprinkle on sugar ,can put more on I've seen as much as 4 tablespoons

Bake 1 hour
Step 8
Make sure milk comes up just to top of steak

Make sugar doesn't burn

Can add more flour if gravy is not thick enough some people cook this on top of stove in cast iron skillet
