Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl combine mayonaise , mustard and honey; spread on each side of each slice of bread. Layer cheese on 4 slices of bread, top each with 2 slices of ham, apple slices and remaining bread. Cut sandwiches in half and use any remaining apple slices to garnish.
Step 2
If to be used for a lunch box; add the apple slices to the mayonaise to coat them so that they will not turn brown. If needed use a little butter or margarine on bread slices.
