Step by Step Method

Pam spray a 9x13 casserole

Down the center place the ham green onions and bell pepper

Step 3

Sprinkle on 3 tablespoon cheese

Step 4

Roll up

Step 5

Place tortilla seam side down

Step 6

Repeat

Step 7

Combine the custard

Step 8

Pour over tortillas

Step 9

Cover

Step 10

Refrigerate overight

Step 11

Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes

Uncover

Step 13

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts

Let stand 10 minutes out of the oven

This was a really fun recipe to make. I made it for my DD and SIL this past weekend. No pics.....everyone was starving. lol. It was easy to make and good. What made it really fun was that when it cooked it puffed up much like a souffle and looked really cool. Also like a souffle....it deflated rather quickly as well. My crowd really liked it but would like to try it again with sausage rather than ham. Come to find out....they aren't big ham fans. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, Dee.
