  • 16 ounces ham, minced
  • 6 green onions,minced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper,chopped
  • 8 ounces pepper jack cheese,shredded
  • 1 package (8 ounces) flour tortillas,(7 inches)
  • Custard:
  • 4 eggs,beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon tabasco sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pam spray a 9x13 casserole

  • Step 2: Down the center place the ham green onions and bell pepper

  • Step 3: Sprinkle on 3 tablespoon cheese

  • Step 4: Roll up

  • Step 5: Place tortilla seam side down

  • Step 6: Repeat

  • Step 7: Combine the custard

  • Step 8: Pour over tortillas

  • Step 9: Cover

  • Step 10: Refrigerate overight

  • Step 11: Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes

  • Step 12: Uncover

  • Step 13: Sprinkle with remaining cheese

  • Step 14: Bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts

  • Step 15: Let stand 10 minutes out of the oven
