Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven broiler. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients until well combined, set aside. Prepare a sided oven tray with tin foil; spray with veggie spray.
Step 2
Slash edges of ham slice at two inch intervals. Place slice on prepared oven tray. Brush slice liberally, with about half of the sauce and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 3
Place tray about 4 inches from heat under broiler for 5 to 6 minutes; flip over, brush the rest of the sauce over the flipped side and broil another 5 to 6 minutes. Remove to platter and slice into serving size pieces.
Step 4
Alternately cook on a BBQ or a Grill
