Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 2 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon mustard, we like dejon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon splenda
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pound fully cooked ham slice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven broiler. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients until well combined, set aside. Prepare a sided oven tray with tin foil; spray with veggie spray.

  • Step 2: Slash edges of ham slice at two inch intervals. Place slice on prepared oven tray. Brush slice liberally, with about half of the sauce and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

  • Step 3: Place tray about 4 inches from heat under broiler for 5 to 6 minutes; flip over, brush the rest of the sauce over the flipped side and broil another 5 to 6 minutes. Remove to platter and slice into serving size pieces.

  • Step 4: Alternately cook on a BBQ or a Grill
