Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425° f.
Step 2
Place halibut in prepared pie crust.
Step 3
Sprinkle cheese and onion over fish.
Step 4
Beat eggs with remaining ingredients.
Step 5
Pour egg mixture over fish.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Reduce heat to 300° f. and bake for 30 minutes more, or until tester comes out clean.
Step 8
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.a
