  • 1 cup cooked halibut (flaked)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 large eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425° f.

  • Step 2: Place halibut in prepared pie crust.

  • Step 3: Sprinkle cheese and onion over fish.

  • Step 6: Bake for 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Reduce heat to 300° f. and bake for 30 minutes more, or until tester comes out clean.
