Step by Step Method

In baking dish, place halibut steaks in a single layer and top each with zucchini, onion and tomato slices.
Step 2
Combine remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese and pour over fish.
Step 3
Sprinkle generouslywith Parmesan if desired.

Bake in preheated 425°F oven for 20 minutes, basting with cooking juices 2 to 3 times.
