Step by Step Method
Step 1
For sauce; In a bowl, combine the 3 ingredients. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large non-stick skillet or wok soften the carrots, onion, and chopped garlic with the ginger in 2 tablespoons oil for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add in ground beef; cook until golden brown. Add rice and sauté for about 2 minutes over high heat. Add the sauce and peas and cook for 2 minutes, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper.
