"This is a simple recipe to make while you are grilling. There are only three ingredients to make a yummy side dish. If you want salt and pepper, add it at the table. What could be easier. The original recipe was without the cheese, but I added it."

I baked these in the oven uncovered 400f for 15 minutes - They still had some crunch and were so tasty. Easy recipe that delivers a lovely side dish. I pared some of the peel to give a nice effect. Thanks MimiMaine for a keeper. 31 Oct 2012  Made agin and enjoyed just as much Thanks
