"I love grilled potatoes. I've prepared this with baby potatoes and with sliced potatoes. Cooking time may have to be adjusted but you can just stab the potatoes with a fork to see when they're done. The prep and cooking times don't include the 3 hour resting time. I've skipped this before and still had good results but it's better if you don't skip it. You can double or triple the recipe if cooking for a crowd. From Grilling Vegan Style"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Toss potato slices with the oil in a medium sized bowl.
Step 2
Toss again with one tablespoon of the garlic powder, then toss again the the remaining garlic powder, salt and pepper
Step 3
Cover bowl tightly and set aside for 3 hours
Step 4
Grill potatoes for 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
