  • 2 pounds potatoes (4 Yukon Gold, sliced into 1 inch chunks)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toss potato slices with the oil in a medium sized bowl.

  • Step 2: Toss again with one tablespoon of the garlic powder, then toss again the the remaining garlic powder, salt and pepper

  • Step 3: Cover bowl tightly and set aside for 3 hours

  • Step 4: Grill potatoes for 5 minutes on each side or until tender.
