"I know theres lots of these kinds of recipes but this is a good one, what I did is bake the ribs early and then I put them in the fridge until we grilled them. If you don't want to use your barbecue, omit the grilling step. Prepare recipe as directed, increasing baking time to 1 hour 15 min., turning and brushing both sides of ribs occasionally with barbecue sauce for the last 15 min."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl; rub onto both sides of ribs.
Step 2
Place in large greased foil-lined pan. Cover tight with foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Step 3
Remove ribs from fridge and leave out on the counter for 1 1/2 hours at room temperature.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 5
Bake the ribs for 1 hour or until tender. (then you could let them get cool and refrigarate until you gill them).
Step 6
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat; cover grates with additional foil. Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue. Grill ribs 25-30 minutes or until really tender, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
