Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, package (light brown)
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon coarse Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
  • Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl; rub onto both sides of ribs.

  • Step 2: Place in large greased foil-lined pan. Cover tight with foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

  • Step 3: Remove ribs from fridge and leave out on the counter for 1 1/2 hours at room temperature.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to 350F.

  • Step 5: Bake the ribs for 1 hour or until tender. (then you could let them get cool and refrigarate until you gill them).

  • Step 6: Heat barbecue to medium-high heat; cover grates with additional foil. Transfer ribs from pan to barbecue. Grill ribs 25-30 minutes or until really tender, turning and brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
