Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix first 13 ingredients in large bowl. Divide marinade mixture between 2 large shallow baking dishes.
Step 2
Add steaks to marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Grill steaks to desired degree of doneness, about 8 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Heat marinade in saucepan.
Step 5
Cut steaks diagonally into thin slices. Pour some marinade over meat.
Step 6
Garnish with cilantro and serve.
