Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Step 2
Thread peppers, chorizo and onions among 8 skewers, beginning and ending with pepper.
Step 3
Add a grape tomato to end of each skewer.
Step 4
Heat grill to medium heat.
Step 5
Add skewers to hot, greased grill grates.
Step 6
Cook, turning skewers occasionally, until vegetables are tender and chorizo is well browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Transfer skewers to platter; drizzle with reserved sauce.
Tips
- Skewers - soaked for 30 minutes if using bamboo skewers
