Step 1: Mix together first 5 ingredients and set aside.
Step 2: Thread peppers, chorizo and onions among 8 skewers, beginning and ending with pepper.
Step 3: Add a grape tomato to end of each skewer.
Step 4: Heat grill to medium heat.
Step 5: Add skewers to hot, greased grill grates.
Step 6: Cook, turning skewers occasionally, until vegetables are tender and chorizo is well browned, about 5 minutes.
Step 7: Transfer skewers to platter; drizzle with reserved sauce.
