"These burgers may be grilled or pan fried. The beer gives the burgers a mellow flavour. Add your favorite cheese and other condiments. I like to add a slice of sweet onion, lettuce, tomato and salsa. The recipe makes four burgers but I usually cut that back to 3. Prep time does not include fridge time"

Step 1
Heat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients, except buns, and form into 4 patties
Step 3
Let the patties rest in the fridge for a couple of hours
Step 4
Cook 5 minutes one side flip and cook until done to your likeing
Step 5
10 minutes cooking equals a well done burger inside temp will read 160f
