Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (of top quality, lean ground round)
  • 1/2 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, minced (seeds included if you like hot)
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons beer (lager beer)
  • 4 hamburger buns (or thin buns)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil

  • Step 2: Mix all the ingredients, except buns, and form into 4 patties

  • Step 3: Let the patties rest in the fridge for a couple of hours

  • Step 4: Cook 5 minutes one side flip and cook until done to your likeing

  • Step 5: 10 minutes cooking equals a well done burger inside temp will read 160f
