Step by Step Method
Step 1
Clean mushrooms, and removed stems if desired. I leave the stems attached.
Step 2
In a casserole dish or large plastic bag, combine oil, onion, garlic, and vinegar. Add mushrooms, coating completely. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3
Grill for 10 minutes.
