"These are great tasting skewers I serve often when I have guests over. I marinate them ahead of time, place them on the skewers then keep them refrigerated until ready to grill."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together all the ingredients except for the beef cubes.
Step 2
Add the beef cubes, swish together to coat and seal the bag taking as much of the air out as you can.
Step 3
Marinate refrigerated for about 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove the beef cubes from marinade and place on skewers.
Step 5
Place on grill over direct medium-high heat and cook to desired doneness.
Step 6
