Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds raw beef, cubed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce (GF)
  • 1/2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons prepared minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together all the ingredients except for the beef cubes.

  • Step 2: Add the beef cubes, swish together to coat and seal the bag taking as much of the air out as you can.

  • Step 3: Marinate refrigerated for about 4 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove the beef cubes from marinade and place on skewers.

  • Step 5: Place on grill over direct medium-high heat and cook to desired doneness.
