"Ready for a 'Dressing' change? This is it. This, I remember having this with Mom and Grandma; so for me, I consider this sort of a 'classic' - and somewhat forgotten. And, even if you think you don't like anchovies, please give this a try; you really won't know there are anchovies in the dressing. One note, fresh herbs are really a must."

This was excellent dressing. I did not have fresh tarragon so I used dry. anything with fresh herbs would be better but this still turned out delicious, thanks will make again.
