Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute chopped onion in butter.
Step 2
When done, complete the sauce by adding chicken bouillon, parsley, pepper to taste, and juice from one can of green beans .

While the sauce is still cool from the addition of the bean water add 1/2 cup of cream (heavy whipping) and egg yolk.
Step 4
Stir together but don't boil just keep warm gently.
