  • 1/4 cup onions, sliced

  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 30 ounces green beans (2 cans)
  • 4 ounces heavy cream (1/2 cup)
  • 1 egg yolk

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute chopped onion in butter.

  • Step 2: When done, complete the sauce by adding chicken bouillon, parsley, pepper to taste, and juice from one can of green beans .

  • Step 3: While the sauce is still cool from the addition of the bean water add 1/2 cup of cream (heavy whipping) and egg yolk.

  • Step 4: Stir together but don't boil just keep warm gently.
