"A KC favorite! These will be a hit at you next party, if you are serving a large group I would recommend to double the recipe and use 2 sheets of puff pastry, and to save some time you may combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until ready roll in the pastry "

This is a real find! Lovely subtle flavour. The biggest job is rolling out the puff pastry. I rolled each sheet of pastry out to a rectangle of about 20" x 6". I doubled the recipe so I used both sheets of pastry and the whole jar of marinated artichokes. Almost the whole tin of olives too. Right on - doubling the recipe I got 40 appetizers. The bake time was 425f for about 17 minutes for each tray. Do set them apart on the tray with lots of space around them.. They are so good and willbe a nice addition to my Christmas Appies. 11 Aug 2013 took some out of the freezer after all this time, baked them and they were just as good as the day I made them. I added a dab of chutney to the top Lovely Appie.
