Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unfold the puff pastry.
Step 2: In a small cup or bowl whisk the egg.
Step 3: Remove 1 tablespoon of the beaten to a small cup and whisk in 3/4 teaspoon cold water (you may want to refrigerate the remaining egg to use for another time).
Step 4: In another bowl combine the soft cream cheese with all remaining ingredients until well blended, then spread over the puff pastry sheet to within about 1/2-inch of the edges.
Step 5: Roll up jelly-roll style. Cut into 20 (1-inch) slices. Place 2-inches apart on a baking sheet.
Step 6: Bake in preheated oven for 9-11 minutes or until puffed and golden brown
