This was good and simple. I had everything here. I only had to buy one thing. I added a cup of chicken broth and some salt; everything else was the same.

easy and good, especially topped with some sour cream. It also uses items I always have on hand, so it is also a great pantry type of meal. We had it with scones and cheese. Easy and good! Thanks for sharing!
