Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, sprinkle Greek yogurt with garlic salt to taste, stirring well. Set aside.
Step 2
In another small bowl, toss together olive oil, tomatoes, cucumbers, chick peas and more garlic salt to taste. Toss until the veggies are well-coated. Set aside.
Step 3
Separately, in a large, deep glass bowl scoop all the hummus and spread evenly.
Step 4
Add a layer of fresh, raw spinach, spread evenly.
Step 5
Spread the salted Greek yogurt evenly over spinach.
Step 6
Add layer of tomatoes/cucumber & chick peas and spread evenly.
Step 7
Top with the olives and Feta cheese to finish.
Step 8
Serve with pita chips, crackers or your choice of bread.
Tips
- A glass bowl with straight sides makes for a nice presentation, but not necessary.
