"A nice dip for entertaining with a combination of typical Greek flavors. I recently bought a "trifle" bowl, and am looking forward to using it for this!"
In a small bowl, sprinkle Greek yogurt with garlic salt to taste, stirring well. Set aside.
In another small bowl, toss together olive oil, tomatoes, cucumbers, chick peas and more garlic salt to taste. Toss until the veggies are well-coated. Set aside.
Separately, in a large, deep glass bowl scoop all the hummus and spread evenly.
Add a layer of fresh, raw spinach, spread evenly.
Spread the salted Greek yogurt evenly over spinach.
Add layer of tomatoes/cucumber & chick peas and spread evenly.
Top with the olives and Feta cheese to finish.
Serve with pita chips, crackers or your choice of bread.
