These didn't take long to make and went smoothly. The burgers were tender, as I tried not to overwork it when I mixed everything together. The sauce complimented the burgers quite nicely. My family was impressed that they weren't getting plain old burgers again, and when they tried them they immediately started with the happy faces! Looks like I will be making them again!

This is a really moist and flavorful burger. Grilled it on my stove-top cast iron grill pan. We all enjoyed it and it will be placed on my do-again list. Love the aioli! Thanks Luvcookn for sharing. Made it for Billboard tag.

I cut the recipe down for 2 burgers. The burgers were delicious on their own, but with the sauce it was even better!
