"When the kids were growing up, we lived too far away from town to run to the store. One night I was making meatballs and discovered we were out of eggs, so I replaced them with ricotta. We loved them, so I still make them every once in a while. But I'm posting this recipe tentatively, because I'm not sure anyone else will like them. Recipe makes 12 large meatballs. Serve with spaghetti."
