This is a delicious milk The fennel seeds added a different layer of flavor that I hadn't experienced yet in a golden milk - Indian flavor profile comes to mind. To sweeten it, aded some honey. Yum. Thank you, Pat, for sharing. Made it for The AmaZ'ing Race 2023 and What's on the Menu tag games.

As I checked the ingredients I was not completely sure that fennel seeds would not be to strong for this beverage. At the end I decided to all all the spices and some brown sugar as sweetener. After boiling and letting this soak, I sieved the mixture into two cups and .... WOW.... this was delicious! I almost forgot to say that I used soy milk for this delicious beverage and we enjoyed it very much!
