Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Grease and flour baking pan(s). 13x19x2, or two layer pans, 9 or 8 inch pans.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan(s).

Step 4

Bake 40 - 45 min for rectangle cake, 30 - 35 for layer cake, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 5

Frost with a frosting of choice.
