O.M.G!!! This stuff is so delicious. I made this spread exactly as written and devoured this on some water crackers, and just could not stop. I just loved it! So creamy with just a hint of sweetness, this is one delicious spread. It was also perfect served as a dip with some sea salt crackers for dipping, and with the hint of honey this spread/dip would be the perfect accompaniment to a fruit platter. Do yourself a favor people, go and buy some goat's cheese and try this recipe, you won't be sorry.
