"This is a great gluten free slurry I use for all my sauces or gravy. This recipe is for 1 cup sauce or gravy, for a bigger batch increase by equal parts butter and sweet rice flour (1 tablespoon each per each cup cold liquid)"

Step by Step Method

Voila, you have your thickened gravy or sauce base.
