Step 1

Cook carrots in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until just tender.

Step 2

Drain, transfer to a dish.

These carrots were well enjoyed today with our dinner. The cooking time is perfect as they weren't under done nor over cooked. The olive oil and maple syrup were really good addition too as it balanced the flavors of the carrots perfectly.

I love glazed carrots. These were really good, but think I like them better with a sugar or honey/butter mix. This is quick and easy to make, and was a great side with some meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Thanks for sharing! Made for FYC tag game.
