We liked this very much. The ginger adds a good zing. I put in a heaping teaspoon of ginger. Whenever I have a smoothie, it's for a meal. So some people might want to use all four servings. I had no yogurt, so I used cottage cheese instead. I also only used ten ice cubes. If I would have used all twenty, it would have probably been more filling.
