"Folks will line up for one of these tasty burgers. I love to stuff them with bacon, mushrooms and sweet onion topped with Havarti Jalapeno cheese, lettuce and tomato. For a sauce I like a spoonful of chili sauce. Perfect burger. Stuff them with your own favorites. You may like some chopped sweet peppers or a jalapeno. They BBQ well on a Griddler or pan fry. They are a bit delicate to cook on an open grill. Pan fry about 4 minutes each side. Add a pickle on top - dill or sweet will do"
