Step by Step Method
Step 1
Using medium heat, cook spinach until wilted while stirring occasionally.
Step 2
In the meantime, chop the white and green parts of the green onions.
Step 3
Put the bacon in a skillet and using medium heat, cook the bacon for several minutes.
Step 4
Add green onions and season lightly, and continue frying until the green onions are wilted.
Step 5
Stir in the flour, bread crumbs, and nutmeg to taste.
Step 6
Add the cooked spinach.
Step 7
Put into serving dish, and garnish with the egg.
Step 8
Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top.
