Step 3: Put the bacon in a skillet and using medium heat, cook the bacon for several minutes.
Step 4: Add green onions and season lightly, and continue frying until the green onions are wilted.
Step 5: Stir in the flour, bread crumbs, and nutmeg to taste.
Step 6: Add the cooked spinach.
Step 7: Put into serving dish, and garnish with the egg.
Step 8: Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top.
