Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place pecans and coconut into a food processor. Process until the ingredients are of a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and process until fully incorporated into the dry ingredients.
Step 3
Put the mixture into a bowl, then roll about a tablespoon of the dough between your hands into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough.
You can store these, refrigerated, in a sealed container five days. Doubt that they'll last that long!!!
