Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup pecans (raw, or cashews)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dates (6-7 fresh medjool dates pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao (raw, organic cacao)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place pecans and coconut into a food processor. Process until the ingredients are of a flour-like consistency.

  • Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients and process until fully incorporated into the dry ingredients.

  • Step 3: Put the mixture into a bowl, then roll about a tablespoon of the dough between your hands into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough.

  • You can store these, refrigerated, in a sealed container five days. Doubt that they'll last that long!!!
