Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350.
Step 2
Trim Fat from roast.
Step 3
Rub surface of roast with Vinegar.
Step 4
Make Serveral 1-inch deep cuts into the roast and stuff with garlic slices.
Step 5
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper over the roast.
Step 6
Place roast on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Step 7
Insert Meat thermometer into the thickest portion of the roast.
Step 8
Bake 350 for 1 hour and 40 mins or until thermometer reaches 160 Degrees.(slightly pink)
Step 9
Garnish with herb sprigs.
